摘要
针对智能车间制造物联产生的物流状态数据低延时传输与高效率响应的计算服务需求,提出一种RFID物料主动感知的车间AGV云-边协同计算框架模型。讨论AGV状态数据采集与信息交互、边缘侧RFID数据处理、云-边协同计算等关键技术。案例研究表明:生产物流过程数据可在计算模型的AGV边缘端和云端两个层面进行协同处理,实现主动感知与自主决策,为车间的自治化、智能化提供支持。
Aiming at the computing demand of low delay transmission and efficient processing of logistics status data generated by smart sensors,a framework model of AGV cloud-edge collaborative computing based on RFID-awared materials was proposed.The key technologies of AGV data acquisition and information interaction,RFID data processing,cloud-edge collaborative computing were discussed.The case study shows that the production logistics process data can be processed cooperatively at the AGV edge and cloud levels of the computing model,so as to realize active perception and independent decision-making,and to provide support for the autonomy and intelligence of the workshop.
