摘要
目的:深入分析复查依从性对职业病发病率及严重程度的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月在江门市职业病防治所做在岗期间职业健康检查,且听力结果异常的接噪人员550例[个体结论报告建议定期(1年)复查听力]为研究对象,随访2年,于2021年1-12月对其进行追踪复查,将执行追踪复查并签署知情同意书的人员纳入研究队列,共300例,根据1年前(2020年1-12月)是否按要求复查听力分为观察组(n=160例,按要求复查听力)与对照组(n=140例,未按要求复查听力)。比较两组患者噪声聋发病率及严重程度。结果:观察组噪声聋发病率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组轻度患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组中度、重度患者少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复查依从性与职业病发病率存在显著相关性,合理、按时复查能够降低噪声聋发病率。
Objective:To deeply analyze the influence of review compliance on occupational disease morbidity and severity.Methods:From January to December 2019,550 noise receivers with abnormal hearing results were selected for occupational health examinations during their on-the-job occupational disease prevention and control in Jiangmen City[individual conclusion report recommends regular(1 year)hearing review]as the research objects,followed up 2 years.A follow-up review will be conducted from January to December 2021,and those who perform the follow-up review and sign the informed consent form will be included in the study cohort,with a total of 300 cases.The patients were divided into the observation group(n=160 cases,the hearing was reviewed as required)and the control group(n=140 cases,the hearing was not reviewed as required)according to whether the hearing was reviewed as required one year ago(January-December 2020).The morbidity and severity of noise deafness were compared between the two groups.Results:The noise deafness morbidity of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of mild patients(P>0.05).Moderate and severe patients in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between review compliance and occupational disease morbidity.Reasonable and timely review can reduce the incidence of noise deafness.
