摘要
为了提升焦炉煤气合成甲醇工艺的效果,本文对焦虑煤气合成甲醇工艺进行优化研究,利用Aspenplus软件对补碳位置、补碳量、氧气量、反应压力、惰性气体含量对工艺影响进行分析,确定了最佳补碳位置,最佳碳氢比下补碳量为125 kmol/h,氧气量为240 kmol/h。同时通过对补碳量及反应压力对甲醇产量的影响进行研究,给出了最优方案选择依据,为后续焦炉煤气合成甲醇工艺的优化提供一定的参考。
In order to improve the effect of coke oven gas methanol synthesis process,this paper studies the optimization of coke oven gas methanol synthesis process,analyzes the influence of carbon supplement position,carbon supplement amount,oxygen amount,reaction pressure and inert gas content on the process by using Aspenplus software,and determines the best carbon supplement position.The carbon supplement amount is 125 kmol/h and oxygen amount is 240 kmol/h under the best hydrocarbon ratio.At the same time,the influence of carbon supplement and reaction pressure on methanol production is studied,and the basis for the selection of the optimal scheme is given,which provides a certain reference for the optimization of the subsequent coke oven gas methanol synthesis process.
