摘要
针对S607综放工作面综放设备回撤耗时长、采空区遗煤自燃风险高以及回撤期间监测到CO浓度超限等问题,提出采用综合防灭火措施实现综放设备安全回撤。具体措施为通过采空区封堵、局部正压通风降低采空区漏风量;注氮、灌注黄泥以及高分子泡沫降低采空区内氧气浓度并消除采空区内潜在高温点。现场应用后,综放设备回撤期间采面位置CO浓度均处于正常范围内,可实现综放设备安全回撤。
In view of the long time-consuming withdrawal of fully mechanized top coal caving equipment in S607 fully mechanized top coal caving face,the high risk of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf and the over limit CO concentration detected during the withdrawal,it is proposed to adopt comprehensive fire prevention measures to realize the safe withdrawal of fully mechanized top coal caving equipment.The specific measures are to reduce the air leakage in the goaf through goaf plugging and local positive pressure ventilation.Nitrogen injection,yellow mud injection and polymer foam reduce the oxygen concentration in the goaf and eliminate the potential high temperature points in the goaf.After on-site application,the CO concentration at the mining face during the withdrawal of fully mechanized top coal caving equipment is within the normal range,which can realize the safe withdrawal of fully mechanized top coal caving equipment.
