摘要
目的 分析治疗复发性口腔溃疡中药复方专利的用药组方规律,为临床治疗及新药研发提供新的方向。方法 登陆国家知识产权局专利公布公告网站,检索2004年至2020年治疗复发性口腔溃疡的中药复方专利数据。采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行症候、性味归经、频次统计、高频药物用量、关联规则、熵聚类等分析。结果 纳入中药复方专利171项,涉及药物462味,最常见的主治证候为为胃火炽盛证(49次,28.65%);药性以寒、温、平为先,五味则偏甘、苦、辛味,用药大多归胃、肺、脾、心经,最常用的药物有甘草、地黄等,以清热类为主,甘草的常用量为10 g、地黄常用量为15 g;最常用的对药为黄连-甘草,常用的角药有黄连-甘草-地黄等;高置信度关联规则有“黄连-黄芪→甘草”等;熵层次聚类分析得到核心组合16个,新处方8首。结论 临床治疗复发性口腔溃疡可针对其主治证候,灵活使用清热泻火、滋阴降火、健脾益气、温补脾肾之药,常以甘草泻心汤、凉膈散、知柏地黄汤、四君子汤等加减。
Objective To analyze the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine compound patent for treating recurrent oral ulcer and provide a new direction for clinical treatment and new drug development. Methods We accessed to the State Intellectual Property Office Patent Announcement Website, and searched patent data of Chinese medicine compound for treating recurrent oral ulcer from 2004 to 2020. An auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V2.5) was used to analyze symptoms, properties, flavors, tropism of channel, frequency statistics,high frequency drug dosage, association rules, entropy clustering and so on.Results There were 171 patents of Chinese medicine compound, involving 462 drugs. The most common main treatment syndrome was stomach-fire syndrome(49times,28.65%). Five flavors were sweet, bitter and spicy, and most of the drugs belong to the stomach, lung, spleen,heart meridian. The most commonly used drugs were Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Rehmanniae Recens, mainly to clear heat. The common dosage of Radix Glycyrrhizae was 10 g, Radix Rehmanniae Recens 15 g. The most commonly used drugs were Rhizoma Coptidis-Radix Glycyrrhizae, commonly used corner drugs such as Rhizoma Coptidis-Radix Glycyrrhizae-Radix Rehmanniae Recens, Rehmannia glutinosa, etc. High confidence association rules were "Rhizoma Coptidis-Radix Astragali seu Hedysari→ Radix Glycyrrhizae" and so on. We found 16 drug combinations and 8 new prescriptions by the way of entropy clustering method. Conclusion Clinical treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can be aimed at its main treatment syndrome, flexible use of clearing heat, nourishing yin and reducing fire, invigorating spleen and tonifying qi, and supplemented with warming spleen and kidney medicine, often with Gancao Xiexin decoction,Liangge San, Zhibai Dihuang pills, Sijunzi decoction etc.
