3个核桃品种叶及土壤C、N和P化学计量特征 被引量:1

Stoichiometric Characteristics of C,N and P in Leaves and Soils of Three Walnut Species

摘要 为阐明不同核桃品种的养分利用及其限制机制,给核桃树的经营管理提供科学依据,以广西桂西北喀斯特地区7~8年生的漾濞大泡(Juglans sigillata cv.'Yangbi dapao')、云新14号(J.sigillata×J.regia cv.'Yun-xin No.14')和绍兴1号(Carya illinoensis cv.'Shao-xing No.1')为研究对象,分析不同核桃品种叶及土壤C、N和P含量及其化学计量特征。结果表明,3个核桃品种林地土壤C含量表现为绍兴1号>漾濞大泡>云新14号,N和P含量呈相反规律。土壤的C∶N和C∶P均表现为绍兴1号>漾濞大泡>云新14号,N∶P表现为漾濞大泡>云新14号>绍兴1号。叶片C含量表现为云新14号>绍兴1号>漾濞大泡,N、P含量均表现为云新14号>漾濞大泡>绍兴1号。土壤P含量与叶片P含量呈极显著正相关,与叶片C∶P和N∶P呈极显著负相关;土壤C∶N与叶片C∶N呈极显著正相关,与叶片N含量呈极显著负相关,与叶片C∶P呈显著正相关;土壤C∶P与叶片C∶P呈显著正相关,与叶片P含量呈显著负相关。云新14号对土壤C、N和P的吸收率和利用率最高。土壤P含量对3个核桃品种的养分含量和化学计量影响较大,生长受到P的限制,在本区域林地管理中,可适当增施P肥。 In order to study nutrient utilization and nutrient restriction mechanisms of different walnut species,and provide scientific basis for management of walnut trees,taking 7-year-old to 8-year-old Juglans sigillata cv.’Yangbi dapao’,J.sigillata×J.regia cv.’Yun-xin No.14’and Carya illinoensis cv.′Shao-xing No.1’in karst areas of northwestern Guangxi as research objects,contents of carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)and stoichiometric characteristics of different walnut species in leaves and soils were analyzed.Results showed that order of soil C content was C.illinoensis cv.’Shao-xing No.1’>J.sigillata cv.’Yangbi dapao’>J.sigillata×J.regia cv.’Yun-xin No.14’,while orders of contents of soil N and P were opposite.Orders of soil C∶N and C∶P were C.illinoensis cv.’Shao-xing No.1’>J.sigillata cv.’Yangbi dapao’>J.sigillata×J.regia cv.’Yun-xin No.14’,and order of soil N∶P was J.sigillata cv.’Yangbi dapao’>J.sigillata×J.regia cv.’Yun-xin No.14’>C.illinoensis cv.’Shao-xing No.1’.Order of C content in leaves was J.sigillata×J.regia cv.’Yun-xin No.14’>C.illinoensis cv.’Shao-xing No.1’>J.sigillata cv.’Yangbi dapao’,and orders of contents of N and P were J.sigillata×J.regia cv.’Yun-xin No.14’>J.sigillata cv.’Yangbi dapao’>C.illinoensis cv.’Shao-xing No.1’.Soil P content had extremely significant positive correlation with P content in leaves,and extremely significant negative correlations with C∶N and N∶P in leaves.Soil C∶N had extremely significant positive correlation with C:N in leaves,extremely significant negative correlation with N content in leaves and significant positive correlation with C∶P in leaves.Soil C∶P had significant positive correlation with C∶P in leaves and significant negative correlation with P content in leaves.J.sigillata×J.regia cv.’Yun-xin No.14’had the highest absorption and utilization rates of soil C,N and P.Soil P content had greater impact on nutrient content and stoichiometry of three walnut species.Growth was limited by P.In the management process of walnuts in this region,it was beneficial to increase P fertilizer in land management.
