摘要
近年来,我国畜禽养殖业向规模化、集约化快速发展,大量的兽用抗生素被用于畜禽疾病的预防和控制,导致在畜禽粪便中残留抗生素的浓度很高,威胁着人类健康和生态环境。本文介绍了畜禽粪便中常见的残留抗生素,包括四环素类、磺胺类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类、多肽类、氨基糖苷类的结构以及作用机理,并对畜禽粪便样品的前处理技术及常用的分析检测方法进行了综述,为畜禽养殖粪便中抗生素残留的控制提供参考。
In recent years,China’s livestock and poultry breeding industry has developed rapidly to large-scale and intensive.A large number of veterinary antibiotics are used for the prevention and control of livestock and poultry diseases,resulting in a high concentration of residual antibiotics in livestock and poultry feces,threatening human health and ecological environment.This paper introduced the structure and action mechanism of common residual antibiotics in livestock and poultry feces,including tetracyclines,sulfonamides,quinolones,macrolides,peptides and aminoglycosides.The pretreatment technology and common analysis and detection methods of livestock and poultry fecal samples were also reviewed,in order to provide reference for the control of antibiotic residues in livestock and poultry feces.
