摘要
This study aims to explore the effect of GA_(3) concentration and soaking time on seed germination characteristics of blueberry.To be specific,big(B),medium-sized(M),and small(S)blueberry seeds were soaked in 0,100,200,and 300 mg/L GA_(3) solution for 18 h and 200 mg/L GA_(3) solution for 0,24,and 48 h,respectively.The results showed that 300 mg/L GA_(3) had significant effect on the germination of B and M seeds(P<0.01)and enabled the germination 4~5 d and 7~8 d earlier,respectively.Soaking with 200 mg/L GA_(3) for 24 h was conducive to the germination of B and M seeds(P<0.05).However,GA_(3) concentration and soaking time had no obviously promoting effect on the germination of S seeds.The interactions between GA_(3) concentration and seed size and between soaking time and seed size were significant(P<0.01).
为探明不同浓度GA_(3)溶液和处理时间对蓝莓(Blueberry)种子萌发的影响,选取大(B)、中(M)、小(S)3个等级的蓝莓种子分别用0、100、200、300 mg/L 4种浓度GA_(3)溶液浸泡18 h和200 mg/L GA_(3)溶液浸泡0、24、48 h。结果表明:300 mg/L GA_(3)对蓝莓B种子与M种子具有显著的促进作用(P<0.01),且可促进蓝莓B种子提前4~5 d萌发,M种子提前7~8 d萌发;200 mg/L GA_(3)处理24 h利于蓝莓B种子与M种子的萌发(P<0.05);GA_(3)浓度与处理时间对蓝莓S种子的萌发未表现出明显的促进作用(P>0.05);GA_(3)浓度与种子大小、GA_(3)处理时间与种子大小之间存在显著交互作用(P<0.01)。
