摘要
目的:探讨童趣式动画情境教育在小儿哮喘雾化吸入护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月1日~6月30日收治需要雾化吸入治疗的哮喘患儿2524例,采用奇偶数字法分为观察组和对照组各1262例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用童趣式动画情境教育;采用雾化健康教育后知识调查问卷表评估两组家长的认知程度,采用肺功能检测仪检测两组患儿气道功能,观察并记录两组患儿临床症状及配合度。结果:干预后,观察组家长认知程度评分高于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,观察组患儿潮气呼气峰流速、呼吸频率均低于对照组(P<0.01),潮气量高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患儿咳嗽完全消失、喘憋完全消失、哮鸣音完全消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.01),总配合率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:童趣式动画情境教育可提高哮喘患儿家长对雾化吸入知识的认知程度,改善患儿气道功能,还可改善临床症状,促进患儿恢复,提高患儿配合度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of childlike animation situation education on pediatric asthma atomization nursing.Methods:A total of 2,524 children with asthma who needed aerosol therapy were selected during January 1 to June 30,2021,and were divided into the observation group and the control group eac with 1,262 cases according to the odd-even number randomization.The control group adopted conventional health education intervention and the observation group was given childlike animation situation education.The cognition degree of family members in the two groups of children was evaluated by knowledge investigation questionnaire after atomization health education.Lung function detector was used to detect the changes in airway function in the two groups.The clinical symptoms and cooperation degree in the two groups of children were observed,recorded and evaluated.Results:After intervention,the scores of cognition degree in family members of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the peak tidal expiratory flow rate and respiratory rate were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and the tidal volume was more than that in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the complete disappearance duration of cough,dyspnea and wheezing rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).And the total cooperation rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Childlike animation situation education can not only enhance the family members′cognition degree of atomization knowledge and improve the airway function of children,but also can improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery and enhance the cooperation degree in children.
