摘要
近年来,随着经济的快速发展,人们对食品安全的关注度越来越高,食品安全的检测工作日益重要。近年来频发的食品安全事件表明,食品中的微生物一旦超标,就会对人体健康造成巨大伤害。因此,防止食品受到微生物污染是控制食品安全的重要环节。本文阐述了微生物技术在食品检测中的应用、注意事项、技术改进及其最新研究,为相关检测人员提供参考依据。
With the rapid development of economy in recent years,people pay more and more attention to food safety.It is urgent to do a good job in food safety testing.In recent years,a large number of data shows that once the microbes in food exceed the standard,it will pose a serious threat to people’s health.Therefore,preventing food from microbial contamination is an important part of food safety control.In this paper,the application of microbiological technology in food detection,matters needing attention,technical improvement and the latest research were described to provide reference for relevant inspectors.
