摘要
针对某水电机组出现下导轴承温度过高及热不稳定现象,分析了轴承损耗的产生及热传导路径,提出了提高冷油温度以及增加喷淋油流量的解决方案,并通过改变单一因素的多组对比试验验证了措施的有效性。试验结果还表明:提高冷油温度比增加润滑油流量对控制瓦温,促进导瓦热平衡作用更加明显,但热油温度提高存在临界值,需要在实际操作时进行多次试验寻优。本文对处理导瓦热不平衡问题具有一定参考价值。
According to the problem of the guide bearing temperature rising and thermal instability during Motor-Generator commissioning,this paper analysis the loss produce and thermal transduction pathway,and bring forward a way to solve the problem by rising the oil temperature and oil flow.It’s proved to be effectived by multiple groups of tests.It also shows that rising the oil temperature is more effecitved than rising the oil flow.What needs to be explained is that there is a critical value for the oil temperature which needs to be found duiring multiple groups of tests.This paper can provide certain reference value for the project actual problem solution.
