摘要
本文简要介绍了水轮发电机组轴瓦间隙不匀危害,并分析了目前轴瓦间隙监测的主要手段,对水轮发电机组轴瓦间隙不匀故障原理进行介绍,提出了水轮发电机组轴瓦间隙不匀故障模型。经过数据采集、数据处理,建立故障模型,基于故障模型进行数据计算分析,根据计算结果,及时发现水轮发电机组轴瓦间隙不匀故障,以指导设备运行,并通过设备实际故障案例举例说明该分析方法确实可行,且具有很好的推广意义。
This paper briefly introduces the harm of bearing clearance unevenness of hydro-generator units,analyzes the main means of bearing clearance monitoring at present,introduces the fault principle of bearing clearance unevenness of Hydro-generator units,and puts forward the fault model of bearing clearance unevenness of Hydro-generator units.After data acquisition and data processing,then establish the fault model.Based on the fault model,the data is calculated and analyzed.According to the calculation results,the uneven bearing clearance fault of hydro-generator units is found in time to guide the operation of the equipment.Through the actual fault case of the equipment,the analysis method is feasible and has good promotion significance.
