摘要
尿闭归属癃闭,是指尿量少,点滴而出,甚至出现尿闭塞不通为主证的一种疾病。因公猫尿道较母猫细长,尿闭发病频繁,且易反复发作。采用中兽医疗法对反复尿闭的病猫进行治疗。首诊和二诊辨证为膀胱气化不利,瘀而化热,伤及血络;应用五苓散加减方利水渗湿,温阳化气兼凉血止血,服药后1 h排出血尿,排尿恢复正常。三诊辨证为脾虚湿盛泄泻兼肾阳不足,运用炙黄芪、党参、炒白术、茯苓、车前草、补骨脂、肉豆蔻、益智仁等中药灵活组方,补气健脾兼顾温肾,取得较好效果后,用五味健脾颗粒巩固治疗,疗效确切,未见复发。
Anuresis is a type of uroschesis,manifested as a disease in which the amount of urine is small,dripping out,and even obstruction of urination.In addition,the urethra of male cats is longer and thinner than that of female cats,and male cats have frequent and recurrent urinary incontinence.A case of frequent cat anuresis was treated by traditional Chinese medicine.In the first and second diagnosis,the syndrome showed bladder gasification was adverse,blood stasis into heat,injury in blood collaterals.Wulingsan plus and subtraction prescription can expel water and dampness from the urine,warm Yang to change Qi,cool blood to stop bleeding.Hematuria was eliminated and urination returned to normal 1 h after taking the medicine.In the third diagnosis,the syndrome showed diarrhea caused by spleen deficiency and excessive dampness,insufficiency of kidney Yang.Flexible prescription and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine were used,including Radix Astragali,Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Poria,Herb Plantainis,Psoraleae,Myristicae Semen,Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae etc,which could invigorate Qi and spleen.After achieving good effect,Wuwei Jianpi granule was used to consolidate the treatment,and the curative effect was accurate without recurrence.
