掐丝画工艺与3D打印技术在产品设计中的应用研究

摘要 文章针对如何在有效促进传统掐丝工艺的传播及传承的基础上实现其进一步的“创造性转化、创新性发展”进行研究。在了解掐丝画工艺的起源、工艺流程、3D打印技术的发展、材质种类等基础上将掐丝画工艺与3D打印透明光敏树脂材质进行创新性结合,探究3D打印技术与掐丝画工艺之间的平衡点、互融性、可实施性路径。针对如何利用3D打印技术来实现掐丝画工艺新形式进行研究与实践。 How to achieve further "creative transformation and innovative development" on the basis of effectively promoting the spread and inheritance of traditional silk painting process technology.Based on the understanding of the origin,process flow,development of 3D printing technology and material types of silk painting process technology,this paper innovatively combines silk painting process technology with 3D printing transparent photosensitive resin material to explore the balance point,mutual integration and implementation path between 3D printing technology and silk painting process technology.This article studies and practices how to use 3D printing technology to realize the new form of silk painting process technology.
