控根处理对胡桃楸播种苗根系构型和养分质量分数的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Root Control Treatment on Root Architecture and Nutrient Content of One-year Juglans mandshurica Seedlings

摘要 胡桃楸(Juglans mandshurica)播种苗主根过长,侧根较少,影响栽植效率和质量。为控制主根长度,促进侧根发育,提高栽植效率和成活率,通过设置胚根短截(RC)、物理控根(PP)和化学控根(CP)3种控根处理,并测定苗木根系构型及养分质量分数,分析不同控根措施对播种苗生长的影响。结果表明:1)胚根短截和化学控根处理对主根抑制效果最好,其中RC_(2)(截取胚根长度的1/3)和CP_(1)(100 mg/L CuSO_(4))处理后主根长比对照减少了21.7%、19.9%,且对根系总长、表面积、体积、1级侧根数和根尖数的促进效果也最明显。各处理除CP_(1)显著增加了苗木茎根比(23.3%)外,其余对叶干质量、茎干质量、根干质量和茎根比均无显著影响。2)CP_(1)、CP_(2)(150 mg/L CuSO_(4))处理降低了茎C质量分数。RC_(1)(截取胚根长度的1/2)、RC_(2)处理增加了叶片N质量分数。RC2和CP2降低了茎中P质量分数。RC_(1)、RC_(2)降低了2 cm≤d<4 cm根系P质量分数,CP_(3)(200 mg/L CuSO4)降低了d≥4 cm根系P质量分数。CP_(3)降低了茎中K质量分数,CP_(2)增加了d<2 cm根系中K质量分数。3)胚根短截和化学控根处理均能抑制胡桃楸播种苗主根生长,其中RC_(2)和CP_(1)处理控根效果最佳,能有效缩短主根长度,增加侧根数量,并且RC_(2)还增加了部分器官养分的承载,提高了苗木整体质量。 The main roots of 1-a Juglans mandshurica seedlings are longer and the lateral roots are less,which affects the quality and efficiency of transplanting.In order to control the length of main root,promote the development of lateral root,and improve the planting efficiency and survival rate,three kinds of root control treatments,namely,radicle cutting(RC),physical root pruning(PP)and chemical root pruning(CP),were set up,and the root architecture and nutrient content of seedlings were determined to analyze the effects of different root control measures on the growth of seedlings.The results showed that:(1)radicle cutting and chemical root pruning had the best inhibitory effect on taproot,and RC_(2) and CP_(1) treatments decreased by 21.7% and 19.9% compared with the control.The total root length,root surface area,root volume,number of primary lateral roots and number of root tips were also significantly promoted.Except that CP_(1) significantly increased stem root ratio(23.3%),other treatments had no significant effects on leaf dry weight,stem dry weight,root dry weight and stem root ratio.(2)CP_(1) and CP_(2) treatments decreased the content of stem C.RC_(1) and RC_(2) treatments increased leaf N content.RC_(2) and CP_(2) decreased the P content in stems,RC_(1) and RC_(2) decreased the P content in roots of 2≤d<4,and CP_(3) decreased the P content in roots of d≥4.CP_(3) decreased the content of K in stems and CP_(2) increased the content of K in roots.(3)Both radicle cutting and chemical root pruning treatments could inhibit the growth of main roots of J.mandshurica seedlings.RC_(2) and CP_(1) treatment had the best root control effect,which could effectively shorten the length of main roots and increase the number of lateral roots.RC_(2) also increased the nutrient carrying capacity of some organs and improved the overall quality of seedlings.
