基于层次分析法的“源-网-荷-储”互动方案汇聚潜力评估 被引量:10

摘要 “源-网-荷-储”协同互动涉及多种资源,在不同的协同互动方案下,各类资源的汇聚效果不同。为了科学评估区域“源-网-荷-储”协同互动方案对资源的汇聚能力,从“源-网-荷-储”协调控制能力、资源互动能力及资源利用能力3个方面,提出9个评价指标;采用层次分析法建立3层级综合评价模型,对不同场景下的各类资源汇聚效果进行量化评价;以某地区微电网在不同场景下各类资源参与的日前经济优化调度方案为例,对算例中各方案的资源汇聚潜力进行评估。通过评估可定量描述各类资源参与对提升可再生资源利用率、降低供电成本的影响,为地区电网新能源发电设备的建设规划以及“源-网-荷-储”协同互动方案的制定提供决策参考。 The collaborative interaction of"source-network-load-storage"involves multiple resources.Under different collaborative interaction schemes,the convergence effects of various resources are different.In order to scientifically evaluate the resource aggregation capability of the regional"source-network-load-storage"collaborative interaction plan,this article proposes nine evaluation indexes from three aspects of the"source-network-load-storage"coordination control capability,resource interaction capability and resource utilization capability.A three-level comprehensive evaluation model is established using analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively evaluate the aggregation effects of various resources in different scenarios of the"source-network-load-storage"collaborative interaction plan;Takes the day ahead economic optimal scheduling scheme of a regional micro network under different scenarios of various resource participation as an example,to evaluate the resource convergence potential of each plan in the calculation example.By comparing the potential evaluation values of different schemes,it can quantitatively describe the impact of the participation of various resources on the improvement of the regional power grid air conditioning capacity,improve the utilization rate of renewable resources,reduct the power supply costs,and provide decision-making reference for the construction planning of new energy power generation equipment in the regional power grid and the formulation of the"Net-Dutch-Storage"collaborative interaction plan.
