氯代脂肪烃污染土壤微生物群落结构的主控因子 被引量:3

Research on Main Control Factors of Microbial Community Composition in CAHs-contaminated Soil

摘要 土壤微生物群落在氯代脂肪烃(CAHs)的降解起着重要作用。为探究其主控因子,该文研究了4个氯代烃污染场地中土壤微生物群落结构及其与土壤理化性质(包括CAHs含量)的关系。结果表明:土壤中CAHs含量与Cl显著正相关;微生物数量与深度、含水率、CAHs含量呈负相关,与总有机碳、总氮、总铁呈正相关;微生物丰富度取决于土壤深度和其中总铁、总氮含量,而多样性取决于pH值;不同污染场地优势微生物差异较大,主要受总硫与pH、电导率和硝酸根等的影响;一些潜在氯代烃降解相关菌属如假单胞菌属、硫杆菌属、噬甲基菌属、赖氨酸芽孢杆菌属主要分布在CAHs和Cl^(-)、电导率较高的深层土壤中,硫氧化菌属、红育菌属更偏好高NO_(3)-的环境,脱氯单胞菌属倾向于铁含量较高的环境。研究结果对如何针对不同环境条件充分利用潜在降解微生物进行生物修复具有参考意义。 Soil microbial community plays an essential role in the degradation of chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons(CAHs).In order to determine the main control factors in the degradation of CAHs,the relationship between the microbial community composition and physico-chemical properties,including CAHs content,were studied in four sites contaminated by CAHs.The study concluded that there existed a notable positive correlation between CAHs content and Cl^(-) in soil,while the amount of soil microorganisms was negatively correlated with soil depth,water content and CAHs content,but positively correlated with TOC(total organic carbon),TN(total nitrogen)and total iron contents;the microbial abundance depended on soil depth,content of total iron and TN,on other hand,microbial diversity depended on pH value;the dominant microorganisms in the contaminated sites differed a lot,which were mainly affected by the parameters such as total sulfur,pH,electrical conductivity,and nitrate content,and some potential CAHs-degrading bacteria,such as the genera Pseudomonas,Thiobacillus,Methylophaga and Lysinibacillus,were most likely existed and distributed in the deep soil with high CAHs concentration and Cl^(-) content and high electrical conductivity,while Sulfuricurvum and Rhodoferax preferred the environment with high NO_(3)-content,and Dechloromonas tended to live the environment with high Fe content.In conclusion,the study could provide references for the bio-remediation of CAHs contaminated sites as essential theoretical basis.
