摘要
目的 探讨基于微信平台的认知行为干预对原发性高血压者治疗依从性及自护能力的影响。方法 选取2019年5月-2020年7月于郑州市某医院门诊就诊的90例原发性高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组45例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组患者采用基于微信平台的认知行为干预,干预时长均为3个月。比较2组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度及干预前后自护能力。结果 2组患者干预后高血压防治知识问卷各维度评分及总分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗依从率为97.78%,高于对照组82.22%,差异有统计意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035)。研究组患者护理满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035)。结论 基于微信平台的认知行为干预有助于提高原发性高血压患者自我健康管理能力及治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive-behavioral intervention based on the We Chat platform on treatment compliance and self-care ability of patients with primary hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with primary hypertension who visited an outpatient clinic in a hospital in Zhengzhou City from May 2019 to July 2020 were selected as subjects and assigned to a study group and a control group using random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received the conventional nursing intervention,while the patients in the study group received cognitive-behavioral intervention based on the We Chat platform,with the duration of the intervention being 3 months.The treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and self-care ability before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the hypertension prevention and control knowledge questionnaire in all dimensions and its total scores were higher in the 2 groups compared with pre-intervention,and the study group had higher scores than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of patients in the study group was 97.78%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035).The patient care satisfaction rate in the study group was 97.78%,higher than that in the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035).Conclusion Cognitive-behavioral interventions based on the We Chat platform can help improve self-health management ability and treatment compliance in patients with primary hypertension.
