摘要
智慧水土保持建设是新阶段水土保持高质量发展的重要抓手和平台,为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展提供了重要支撑。开展智慧水土保持研究是支撑国家战略、促进水土保持高质量发展和技术升级换代的必然要求,当前阶段主要研究内容包括构建水土保持数字化场景、完善水土保持模型、建设智慧水利水土保持分系统和建立水土保持数据管理规则。总结了现有智慧水土保持理论和技术研究基础,提出了黄河流域智慧水土保持数据准确化、模型精准化、决策精细化的关键技术集成要点。
Smart soil and water conservation is an important handle and platform for high-quality development of soil and water conservation in the new stage,which provides important support for ecological conservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin.Carrying out smart soil and water conservation research is an inevitable requirement for supporting national strategy,promoting high-quality development of soil and water conservation and upgrading of technology.The contents include building the digital landscape of soil and water conservation,improving the soil and water conservation model,constructing the soil and water conservation subsystem of smart water conservancy,and building the soil and water conservation data management rules.The paper summarized the current theoretical and technical research basis of smart soil and water conservation and proposed the key integration points of smart soil and water conservation data accuracy,model accuracy and decision refinement in the Yellow River basin.
