摘要
为筛选有效防控设施葡萄白粉病的生防菌剂,本实验选用生物菌剂‘冠蓝’和‘果彩’进行设施葡萄白粉病的防治试验,统计葡萄白粉病的发病率、病情指数、防治效果和果实性状。结果显示,‘果彩’防治速度快,用药后防效达50.2%;‘冠蓝’防效较慢,用药后防效达42.9%,且‘果彩’和‘冠蓝’比供试化学制剂嘧菌酯的防治效果显著。因此,‘果彩’是防治葡萄白粉病效果较好的生防菌剂,可在生产中推广使用。
In order to screen the biocontrol agents for preventing and controlling powdery mildew of protected grape and provide reference for production,the biological agents‘Guocai’and‘Guanlan’were selected in this experiment to control powdery mildew of protected grape.The microbicide‘Guanlan’and‘Guocai’were selected to test the fungicide control of grape powdery mildew disease in the field.The incidence,disease index,control effect and fruit shape of grape powdery mildew were counted.The results showed that the control speed of‘Guocai’on grape powdery mildew was faster,and the control effect was 50.2%.The control effect of‘Guanlan’was relatively slower,and the control effect was 42.9%.‘Guocai’and‘Guanlan’were more effective than chemical agent,and‘Guocai’was a good choice for controlling grape powdery mildew.
