摘要
针对某型钢活塞在性能试验时出现钢活塞销孔与活塞销咬合现象,开展钢活塞销孔与活塞销咬合机理分析,提出钢活塞销孔型线、钢活塞销孔与活塞销冷态配合间隙、钢活塞内腔出油孔结构优化方案,再结合计算机有限元分析技术和发动机台架试验予以验证,为预防钢活塞销孔与活塞销咬合以及钢活塞销孔设计提供参考。
In response to the phenomenon that the steel piston pin hole and the piston pin engaged during the performance test of a steel piston,the engagement mechanism analysis of the steel piston pin hole and the piston pin was carried out,and the optimization scheme of the steel piston pin hole profile,the cold fit clearance between the steel piston pin hole and the piston pin,and the oil outlet hole structure in the inner cavity of the steel piston was proposed,which was verified by the finite element analysis technology and the engine bench test.It provides reference for preventing the steel piston pin hole from engaging with the piston pin and the design of the steel piston pin hole.
