摘要
目的 观察含服自制蜂蜜绿茶液防治头颈部肿瘤患者放射性口腔黏膜炎(RIOM)的效果。方法 于本院诊疗的头颈部肿瘤患者中选取58例为探究对象,病例选取时间为2019年8月-2021年8月,全部患者诊疗资料均完整保存且采取方便抽样法分组,将其中29例纳入对照组,通过常规护理防治RIOM,研究组同时采取含服自制蜂蜜绿茶液防治RIOM,比较各组RIOM发生率、口腔疼痛情况、治疗情况、血管内皮因子。结果 研究组RIOM发生率仅为6.90%,显著低于参照组的27.59%,P<0.05;研究组治疗5d、10d、14d的口腔VAS评分显著较参照组低,P<0.05;研究组治疗后的唾液流率、口腔PH值显著较参照组高,P<0.05;研究组治疗后的VEGA、HIF-1α水平均显著低于参照组,P<0.05。结论 予以头颈部肿瘤患者含服自制蜂蜜绿茶液具显著的效果,可有效防治RIOM,能够改善患者口腔疼痛情况与血管内皮因子,可促进唾液流率及口腔PH值提高,具有理想的防治效果,可在临床应用并推广。
Objective To observe the effect of oral administration of homemade honey green tea liquid on the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced oral mucositis (RIOM) in patients with head and neck tumors.Methods Fifty-eight cases of head and neck tumor patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.The case selection time was from August 2019 to August 2021.All patients’ diagnosis and treatment data were completely preserved and grouped by convenient sampling method.Twenty-nine cases were included in the control group,and routine nursing was used to prevent and treat RIOM.The study group also took home-made honey and green tea liquid to prevent and treat RIOM.The incidence of RIOM,oral pain,treatment,and vascular endothelial factor were compared in each group.Results The incidence of RIOM in the study group was only 6.90%,which was significantly lower than 27.59% in the reference group,P<0.05;the oral VAS score of the study group on 5d,10d,and 14d of treatment was significantly lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05;The salivary flow rate and oral pH were significantly higher than those in the reference group,P<0.05;the levels of VEGA and HIF-1α in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Taking homemade honey and green tea liquid in head and neck cancer patients has a significant effect,can effectively prevent and treat RIOM,can improve the patient’s oral pain and vascular endothelial factor,can promote the salivary flow rate and oral pH value,and has an ideal prevention and treatment effect.It can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
