摘要
目的观察络石藤挥发油抗炎、镇痛药理活性.方法同时蒸馏萃取法制备络石藤挥发油,通过角叉菜胶诱导的小鼠足趾肿胀,二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀和棉球肉芽肿实验观察络石藤挥发油抗炎活性;通过小鼠醋酸扭体实验观察其镇痛作用.结果络石藤挥发油对二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶所致足趾肿胀和棉球肉芽肿三种炎症模型均具有较好抑制作用,对醋酸所致疼痛也具有显著镇痛作用,且均呈现典型的剂量依赖性,尤其高剂量组(120 mg/kg)抗炎、镇痛作用几乎与地塞米松(10 mg/kg)相当.结论络石藤挥发油具有抗炎、镇痛活性,可能是中药络石藤治疗风湿性关节炎的有效成分之一,具有较好开发利用价值;其化学成分和潜在分子机制值得进一步深入研究.
Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic pharmacological activities of the volatile oil of Trachelospermum jasminoides.Methods The volatile oil was prepared by simultaneous-distextraction method.The anti-inflammatory activity of the volatile oil was evaluated through the experiments of mouse toe swelling induced by carrageenan,auricle swelling induced by xylene and cotton ball granuloma,and the analgesic effect was determined by acetic acid writhing test in mice.Results The volatile oil of Trachelospermum jasminoides showed a great inhibitory effect on the three inflammatory models.It also demonstrated a significant analgesic effect on the pain caused by acetic acid.All these effects showed typical dose-dependent characteristics.Especially in the high-dose group(120 mg/kg),the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects were almost equivalent to the positive drug dexamethasone(10 mg/kg).Conclusion The volatile oil of Trachelospermum jasminoides has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities.It may be one of the effective components of Trachelospermum jasminoides in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Its chemical composition and potential molecular mechanism deserve further in-depth and systematic study.
