摘要
目的研究长桑君脉法之“浊脉”和脂肪肝、血脂异常的相关性。方法57例来院体检者均进行长桑君脉法及实验室诊断,单盲脉诊者、超声检验者、生化检验,剔除不符合者6例,再从51例中再随机选择30例进行相关性分析。结果血脂异常与长桑君脉法之浊脉脉诊相关分析:灵敏度100%,特异度91.7%,假阳性率8.3%,假阴性率0,一致率93.3%,阳性预测值75.0%,阴性预测值100%,约登指数0.92。Bayes公式:阳性预测值0.99;阴性预测值1.00。脂肪肝与长桑君脉法之浊脉脉诊相关分析:灵敏度100%,特异度91.3%,假阳性率8.7%,假阴性率0,一致率93.3%,阳性预测值77.8%,阴性预测值100%,约登指数0.91。Bayes公式:阳性预测值0.99;阴性预测值1.00。结论长桑君脉法之浊脉与高脂血症及脂肪肝有明确的相关性。
Objective To study the correlation between fatty liver,dyslipidemia and Chang Sang-jun turbid vein method.Methods Fifty-seven patients admitted to our hospital for physical examination were examined by CHANG Sang-jun vein method and laboratory diagnosis,single-blind pulse examination,ultrasonic examination,and biochemical examination,6 cases of unqualified were eliminated,and 30 cases were randomly selected from 51 cases for correlation analysis.Results Analyze the correlation between dyslipidemia and Chang Sang-jun turbid vein method:Sensitivity 100%,specificity 91.7%,false-positive rate 8.3%,false-negative rate 0,agreement rate 93.3%,positive predictive value 75.0%,negative predictive value 100%,Jordan index 0.92.Bayes formula:positive predictive value 0.99,negative predictive value 1.00.Analyse the correlation between fatty liver and Chang Sang-jun turbid vein method:Sensitivity 100%,specificity 91.3%,false positive rate 8.7%,false-negative rate 0,coincidence rate 93.3%,positive predictive value 77.8%,and negative predictive value 100%,Jorden index 0.91.Bayes formula:positive pre-dictive value 0.99,Negative predictive value 1.00.Conclusion There is a definite correlation between CHANG Sang-jun turbid vein method,dyslipidemia and fatty liver.
