摘要
目的:研究优化院前急诊护理流程结合绿色通道对脑血管病患者院前延迟、病情转归的影响。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月广州市中西医结合医院收治的66例脑血管病患者作为研究对象,使用随机摸球法分为两组,各33例。对照组实施常规急诊护理流程干预,观察组实施优化院前急诊护理流程结合绿色通道。对比两组患者各项急诊指标、神经功能及生活能力、治疗效果及不良事件发生率。结果:观察组急诊停留时间、分诊评估时间、转运时间均短于对照组,护理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为脑血管患者予以优化院前急诊护理流程结合绿色通道,可缩短急救静脉溶血时间,提高治疗效果,降低不良事件发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the influence of optimizing the pre-hospital emergency nursing process combined with the green channel on pre-hospital delay and disease outcome in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods: From December 2019 to December 2020, 66 patients with cerebrovascular disease who were admitted to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and West Medicine were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into two groups by random ball touching method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine emergency nursing process intervention, and the observation group implemented the optimized pre-hospital emergency nursing process combined with green channel. The emergency indicators, neurological function and living ability, treatment effect and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results: The emergency stay time, triage assessment time, and transit time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group, and the nursing quality was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, Barthel index was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Optimizing the pre-hospital emergency nursing process combined with the green channel for cerebrovascular patients can shorten the time of emergency intravenous hemolysis, improve the treatment effect, and reduce the incidence of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical application.
