摘要
选取自制的复配固色剂对棉混纺针织物进行活性深黑色染色后固色,通过比对不同用量的复配固色剂,测试固色处理后残液、固色前后色光、染色织物耐水洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐日晒色牢度以及甲醛含量等相关指标,结果表明:复配固色剂的优化工艺用量为0.8%~2.0%(omf),该固色剂适合活性染料染色后的固色,效果优良,对织物色光及色牢度的影响较小,而且甲醛含量达标。该复配固色剂可以为车间染色后固色提升织物染色性能和节能减排提供参考,可推广大生产使用。
The self-made composite fixing agent was selected to fix the color of cotton blended knitted fabric after reactive dark black dyeing. By comparing the different amounts of the composite fixing agent, the relevant indexes such as the residual liquid after fixation treatment, the color light before and after fixation, the water fastness, the color fastness to rubbing, the color fastness to perspiration, the color fastness to sunlight and the formaldehyde content of the dyed fabric were tested. The results showed that the optimal process amount of the composite fixing agent was 0.8%~2.0%(omf). The color fixing agent was suitable for fixing the color after dyeing with reactive dyes, with excellent effect, little influence on the color fastness of the fabric,and the formaldehyde content was up to the standard. The composite color fixing agent can provide reference for improving the dyeing performance and energy saving and emission reduction of the fabric after dyeing in the workshop, and can be popularized for large-scale production.
