摘要
近年来,公路建设项目管理模式问题逐渐突出,对公路建设进度、成本、质量有着严重影响。因业主方是公路建设的总集成者,同样承担生产组织角色,属于管理核心。文章立足业主方角度,分析公路工程项目管理的相关问题,探讨一些优化管理措施。
In recent years,for highway construction,the problem of project management mode has gradually become prominent,which has a serious impact on the progress,cost and quality of highway construction.Because the owner is the general integrator of highway construction,it also assumes the role of production organization and is the core of management.Based on the perspective of the owner,the article analyzes the related problems of highway engineering project management,and discusses some optimization management measures.
