Design of multi-station progressive die for panel bracket of medical instruments

摘要 医用器械类金属板材制品的表面质量和尺寸精度要求通常较高。本文针对某医用器械面板支架零件进行冲压工艺和多工位级进模具结构设计;针对该支架零件的折弯部分宽度大、高度小、回弹较大的问题,采用在弯曲前对折弯位置进行预压的工艺,确保了折弯尺寸的精度;在冲压工艺方案中设计了压毛边工序,确保支架零件表面无毛刺。经实际生产验证,本设计工艺保证了产品的质量,级进模结构合理,生产效率较高,能够实现大批量生产。 The surface quality and dimensional accuracy requirements of sheet metal products for medical devices are generally relatively high. In the text, the stamping process and the multi-station progressive die structure have been designed for a panel bracket part of some medical device;aiming at the this bracket problems of big width, small height and large springback, the pre-pressing process has been adopted to the bending position before bending to ensure the accuracy of the bending size;the process of pressing burrs has been designed in the stamping process plan to ensure the surface of the bracket parts without burr;it is verified by actual production that the design process in the text can ensure the quality of the product and high production efficiency with reasonable progressive die structure, which realize the mass.
