摘要 针对无刷直流电机控制系统开发效率低、代码编写任务重,以及Simulink仿真模型与控制器关联度小的问题,文中设计一种以DSP为控制核心并基于Simulink建模自动生成代码的直流电机控制系统。首先,阐述系统方案设计,搭建Simulink与CCS5.5的软件编译环境,建立PWM控制的电机调速系统Simulink模型;其次,基于Embedded Coder自动生成技术生成DSP的可执行代码,利用CCS5.5编译下载到DSP控制器中运行。硬件电路由电机主体、驱动电路、控制电路和显示电路组成,通过改变DSP输出PWM波的占空比对直流无刷电机进行调速,对电机的转速进行计算,并通过OLED屏显示。结果表明,DSP调速系统的转速与理论值的误差在50 r/min以内,系统可在1 s内响应实现电机转速的调节。文中研究通过模型化设计可以极大地简化无刷直流电机控制系统的开发难度,提高开发效率,具有较高的工程应用价值。 In allusion to the low development efficiency and the heavy code writing task of the brushless DC motor control system and the small correlation between the Simulink simulation model and the controller,the DC motor control system taking DSP as the control core and based on Simulink modeling and automatic code generation is designed. The system scheme design is described,the software compilation environment of Simulink and CCS5.5 is built,and the motor speed control system Simulink model controlled by PWM is established. The DSP executable code is generated based on Embedded Coder automatic generation technology,and the code is compiled and downloaded by means of CCS5.5 to run it in the DSP controller. The hardware circuit is composed of the motor main body,drive circuit,control circuit and display circuit. By changing the duty ratio of the PWM wave output by the DSP,the speed of the brushless DC motor is adjusted,and the motor speed is calculated and displayed on the OLED screen. The results show that the error between the rotational speed of the DSP speed control system and the theoretical value is within 50 r/min,and the system can respond within 1 s to realize the adjustment of motor speed. The model design can greatly simplify the development difficulty of the brushless DC motor control system,improve the development efficiency,and has high engineering application value.
