摘要
目的设计低接触双向隔离式血液标本采集装置,并观察在临床中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月医院经低接触双向隔离式血液标本采集装置采血的患者230例作为观察组,选取2020年1—12月医院经常规血液标本采集流程采血的患者230例作为对照组。两组患者由医院医务人员46名进行血液标本采集工作。观察组采用低接触双向隔离式血液标本采集装置采血,对照组采用常规操作血液标本采集流程采血。比较两组患者对血液标本采集工作的满意度,比较46名医务人员低接触双向隔离式血液标本采集装置使用前后的满意程度。结果观察组患者对血液标本采集工作的满意程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。46名医务人员在低接触双向隔离式血液标本采集装置使用后的满意程度高于使用前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低接触双向隔离式血液标本采集装置应用于临床中可提高医患双方满意程度。
Objective To design a low contact bidirectional isolation blood specimen collection device and observe the application eff ect in clinical practice.Methods From January to December 2021,230 patients with blood collected by low-contact bidirectional isolation blood specimen collection device in the hospital were selected as the observation group,and 230 patients with blood collected by routine blood specimen collection process from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group.Blood samples were collected by 46 medical staff in the hospital.The observation group used low contact bidirectional isolation blood specimen collection device to collect blood,the control group used routine operation blood specimen collection process to collect blood.The satisfaction degree of blood specimen collection was compared between the two groups,to compare the satisfaction degree of 46 medical staff before and after the use of the low-contact bidirectional isolation blood specimen collection device.Results The satisfaction of blood specimen collection in the observation group was higher than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of 46 medical staff after using the low-contact bidirectional isolation blood specimen collection device was higher than the level before using,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low contact bidirectional isolation blood specimen collection device in clinic could improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients.
