摘要
随着乡村振兴战略实践的深入推进,客观评价乡村振兴发展的状况,对推动乡村振兴战略、助推晋江市农村经济高质量发展具有重要意义。本文基于乡村振兴发展总体要求,构建了包括产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕5个一级指标和25个二级指标,采用熵权法和模糊综合评价法对晋江市54个样本的村乡村振兴发展综合绩效水平进行了测算和评价,研究发现:晋江市乡村振兴综合绩效评价总分为2.669 6,整体发展处于一般偏好水平;其中乡风文明和治理有效两个指标得分高于综合评价总分,但乡风文明和产业兴旺两个指标得分差距明显,表明晋江市仍需进一步提高乡村振兴发展水平,缩小内部发展差距。
With the deepening of the practice of rural revitalization strategy,it is of great significance to objectively evaluate the development of rural revitalization strategy and boost the high-quality development of rural economy in Jinjiang city.Based on the country revitalization of the overall requirements development,this paper built a prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,life rich five first-level indexes and 25 secondary indexes.Using the entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,rural revitalization of the development of comprehensive performance level in 54 samples villages in Jinjiang was calculated and evaluated,the study found that:Jinjiang city rural revitalization comprehensive performance evaluation score was 2.6696,at the general preference level.Among them,the scores of the two indexes of rural culture civilization and effective governance were higher than the total score of the comprehensive evaluation,but the scores of the two indexes of rural culture civilization and industrial prosperity were significantly different,indicating that Jinjiang still needs to further improve the level of rural revitalization and development and narrow the gap of internal development.
