摘要
为筛选高产、高资源利用效率的杨树优良杂交无性系,以北方型美洲黑杨为母本,小青杨为父本杂交获得的8个杂交无性系及亲本1 a生苗为研究材料,进行生长、叶片相关性状、光合产量、水分及养分资源利用效率分析和评价。结果显示:(1)杂交子代及亲本无性系间株高和地径生长量差异极显著。(2)筛选出LX-6、DX-08-8、10-01-54和10-01-26的高生长量无性系其成叶速率、总叶面积、N素转移率、光合作用水分利用效率(WUEi)、叶片N素含量与株高呈显著或极显著相关关系;成叶速率、总叶面积、N素转移率、叶面积、叶片N素含量与地径呈显著或极显著相关关系。(3)选取7项性状指标对杂交无性系进行综合评价,最终筛选出LX-6、10-01-54、DX-08-8和10-01-26,不仅在光合产量、水分利用效率、养分利用效率方面表现优异,而且兼具生长优势,为后续高产、高资源(光、水分和养分)利用效率型新种质的筛选和应用提供有效资源。
To select excellent hybrid clones with high yield and high resource utilization efficiency of eight hybrid clones 1a seedlings of Populus deltoides×P.pseudo-simonii,growth,leaf related traits,photosynthetic yield,water and nutrient utilization efficiency were analyzed and evaluated.The result showed that:(1)There were very significant differences in seedling height and ground diameter growth of hybrid progeny and parent clones;(2)According to comparative analysis,LX-6、DX-08-8、10-01-54 and 10-01-26 were selected with high growth.The traits were significantly or very significantly correlated to seedling height,including leaf formation rate,total leaf area,N transfer rate,WUEi and N content in leaf.The leaf formation rate,total leaf area,N transfer rate,leaf area and N content in leaf had significantly or very significantly correlated to ground diameter;(3)Seven character indexes were selected for comprehensive evaluate of hybrid clones.LX-6,10-01-54,DX-08-8 and 10-01-26 were finally selected,which not only showed excellent photosynthetic yield,water use efficiency and nutrient use efficiency,but also had growth advantages,providing effective resources for the subsequent screening and application of new germplasm with high yield and high environmental resource use efficiency.
