摘要
免疫性肝损伤是一种因免疫应答而引发的肝细胞损伤性疾病,是肝纤维化、肝硬化以及肝癌等一系列肝脏终末病变发生与发展的主要危险因素,并决定了疾病的转归与预后,严重威胁着患者的生命安全。至今有关免疫性肝损伤的病因病机尚不明确,临床上多通过抗病毒以及提高机体免疫力来达到保肝护肝作用。本文就国内外有关免疫性肝损伤病因病机、治疗措施的研究进展作一综述,以期为该病的临床诊疗提供科学依据。
Immune liver injury is a kind of liver cell damage disease caused by immune response,which is the main risk factor for the occurrence and development of a series of liver terminal lesions such as liver fibrosis,cirrhosis and liver cancer,and determines the outcome and prognosis of the disease,seriously threatening the life safety of patients.So far,the etiology and pathogenesis of immune liver injury is not clear.Clinical mainly through antiviral and improve immunity to achieve liver protection.This article reviews the research progress of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of immune liver injury at home and abroad,and provides scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
