摘要
无POU域八聚体结合蛋白(NONO)是一种能与DNA、RNA和其他蛋白质相互作用的多功能核蛋白,参与了mRNA的剪切、DNA的损伤修复、DNA解螺旋配对等多种细胞生物活动。目前有多项研究已表明,NONO蛋白与多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程密切相关,如前列腺癌、大肠癌、膀胱癌、黑色素瘤、肾细胞癌等。基于此,本文就NONO蛋白的结构、生化功能及其与恶性肿瘤的关系进行综述。
Non-POU domain containing octamer-binding protein is a versatile nuclear protein that interacts with DNA,RNA,and other proteins.NONO is involved in many cell biological activities,such as Mrna cutting,DNA damage repair,DNA unwinding and pairing.Several studies have shown that NONO protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of various malignant tumors,such as prostate cancer,colorectal cancer,bladder cancer,melanoma,renal cell carcinoma and so on.The structure,biochemical function and the relationship between NONO protein and malignant tumor were reviewed in this paper.
