新时代师范生核心素养的本位、导向及养成路径 被引量:3

摘要 师范生作为未来教师队伍的中坚力量,提升新时代师范生的核心素养应从“知识本位”转向“素养本位”的应然、“师范教育”走向“教师教育”的必然、“师范为师”成为“师范强师”的实然,顺应师范生个人成长的内在诉求上理性认识“素养本位”;从践行师德、学会教学、学会育人、学会发展四个层面来准确把握师范生核心素养提升的“素养导向”;力求协调整合多方力量,探索出一条畅通核心素养养成主渠道、营造教师成长环境体验场、搭建实践协同主平台、打通持续发展能力主场域四位一体的核心素养“养成路径”,为推进新时代师范生培养模式改革提供借鉴。 Normal university students are the vital forces in the future development of professional teachers.Improving the core qualities of normal university students in a new era is necessarily and inevitably to be transferred from"knowledge-standardized"to"literacy-standardized",from"normal education"to"teacher education",and from"normal education for being teachers"to"normal education for strengthening teachers",understanding"literacy-standardized"rationally,based on normal-university students’internal demands of individual development.The promotion of core literacies should be precisely oriented in terms of 4 perspectives,i.e.teacher morality,teaching practice,student cultivation and personal development.The cultivation of core literacies should be integrated in a"four-in-one"path,by exploring a main channel to access core literacies,immersing a main authentic context for teachers to experience development,building a main platform for practice and cooperation,and opening a main field to develop sustainable abilities,which provides innovative value to boost the cultivation mode of normal university students in a new era.
