摘要
本文利用中介效应模型,选取陕西省十个地级市2006-2017年的面板数据,实证分析环境规制对陕西省产业结构优化的影响。实证结果表明,环境规制和政府支出水平对陕西省产业结构优化具有积极的促进作用,环境规制通过技术创新对产业结构优化起中介作用。因此,陕西省应注重环境规制执行力度,还应增加财政支出支持产业结构优化,通过培育战略性新兴产业,并且大力提升技术创新水平来促进产业高质量发展,助推陕西省产业结构优化升级。
Using the mediation effect model,this paper selects panel data of ten prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi province from 2006 to 2017 to empirically analyze the impact of environmental regulation on industrial structure optimization in Shaanxi Province.The empirical results show that environmental regulation and government expenditure level have a positive role in promoting industrial structure optimization in Shaanxi Province,and environmental regulation plays a mediating role in industrial structure optimization through technological innovation.Therefore,Shaanxi province should pay attention to the implementation of environmental regulations,increase financial expenditure to support the optimization of industrial structure,foster strategic emerging industries,and vigorously improve the level of technological innovation to promote high-quality industrial development,and boost the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Shaanxi Province.
