摘要
目的 探讨叙事护理干预在肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月至2021年6月在本院诊治的122例肺癌患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为常规组(61例,常规护理干预)和研究组(61例,在常规组基础上实施叙事护理干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,研究组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分低于常规组,一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各项评分及总分高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的Herth希望量表(HHI)各项评分及总分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 叙事护理干预在肺癌患者中的应用效果显著,可以改善负面情绪和睡眠质量,提升自我效能感、生存质量及希望水平。
Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 122 patients with lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into routine group(61 cases,routine nursing intervention) and study group(61 cases,narrative nursing intervention on the basis of the routine group) by random number table method.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-Rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS) scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group,and the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) score was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the each items scores and total score of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF) in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the each items scores and total score of Herth Hope Index(HHI) of the study group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing intervention for patients with lung cancer has remarkable application effect,which can improve negative emotions and sleep quality,and promote self-efficacy,quality of life and hope level.
