摘要
目的:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定陈香露白露片中9种元素(铅、砷、镉、汞、铜、铝、铬、铁、钡)含量的方法。方法:供试品经微波消解后,选用^(45)Sc、^(72)Ge、^(115)In、^(185)Re作为内标,采用ICP-MS同时测定9种元素的含量,对测定方法进行方法学考察,并对2家企业的15批市售陈香露白露片样品进行含量检测。结果:铅(Pb)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、铝(Al)、铬(Cr)、铁(Fe)、钡(Ba)的线性关系良好(r≥0.999 0)。平均加标回收率为94.7%~99.9%,RSD为0.2%~1.6%。15批样品中铅、砷、镉、汞、铜、铝、铬、铁、钡的平均含量分别为0.366、0.202、0.081、0.012、2.209、7.900、2.714、5.978、0.177 mg/kg。结论:该方法高效、准确、无干扰,可用于陈香露白露片的多元素分析。
Objective:To develop an ICP-MS method for content determination of 9 kinds of trace elements(Pb、As、Cd、Hg、Cu、Al、Cr、Fe、Ba) in chenxiang lubailu tablets.Methods:The sample was digested by microwave.^(45)Sc,^(72)Ge,^(115)In and ^(185)Re were selected as the internal standard.Perform ICP-MS determination,the contents of nine element were determined by ICP-MS.The determination methods of various elements were investigated,and tested 15 batches of samples from 2 Enterprises.Results:The linear relationship of Pb,As,Cd,Hg,Cu,Al,Cr,Fe,Ba were good(r ≥ 0.999 0).The average recoveries were 94.7%~99.9%,and the RSDs were 0.2%~1.6%.The contents of Pb,As,Cd,Hg,Cu,Al,Cr,Fe,Ba in 15 batches of samples were 0.317,0.162,0.054,0.008,1.911,6.319,2.169,4.383,0.140 mg/kg respectively.Conclusion:The method is efficient,accurate and interference free,and can be used for the multielement analysis of chenxiang lubailu tablets.
