喷油对双螺杆压缩机的温度场和油分布的影响

摘要 为了研究双螺杆压缩机在不同喷油工况下流场力学特性和优化喷油效果,建立了双螺杆空压机工作过程的数值计算模型。采用计算流体力学(CFD)和多相流(VOF)模型对螺杆压缩室内的油分布和温度场进行研究。通过对喷油口的直径、位置、个数进行比较分析,研究发现,2个喷油口注油比单个喷油口注油存在明显优势,单侧喷油即使增加喷油量,对油液分布影响不大且会增加功率;双侧喷油使得压缩机腔室油液分布和温度分布更加均匀;在相同的喷油量下,双侧喷油比单侧喷油降低1.27%的功率。 In order to study the flow field dynamics characteristics of a screw compressor under different oil injection conditions and optimize the oil injection effect,a numerical calculation model of the working process is established in this paper.This paper presents a study on the oil distribution within a screw compressor chamber and the temperature feild using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)with Volume of Fluid(VOF)multiphase model.This paper compares the diameter of the oil injection port,the position of the oil injection port,and the number of oil injection ports.The study shows that injecting the oil through two separate ports has advantages compared to the injection through a single port.Even if the single-side oil injection increases the oil injection volume,it has little effect on the oil distribution and will increase the power.Double-sided oil injection are positioned to ensure an even oil distribution and temperature distribution within the compression chamber.Under the same oil injection volume,double-sided oil injection reduces the power by 1.27%compared to single-sided oil injection.
