摘要
研究了普通硅酸盐水泥-硫铝酸盐水泥-高铝水泥三元体系比例、缓凝剂种类及掺量、环境温度对装配式建筑用低温型封浆料性能的影响。结果表明,在-5℃的条件下,当普通硅酸盐水泥占比20%、硫铝酸盐水泥占比70%、高铝水泥占比10%时,低温型封浆料的-1 d抗压强度最高,为43.6 MPa。同等掺量的缓凝剂,酒石酸缓凝效果最佳,当酒石酸掺量占胶材总量的0.3%时,凝结时间为45 min,-1 d抗压强度为41.6 MPa。优化的低温型封浆料在-15℃试验温度下,-1 d抗压强度为1.3 MPa,试块被冻坏;在-10、-5、0、5℃试验温度下,-1 d抗压强度均大于30 MPa,凝结时间均长于30 min。在-10~5℃的低负温区间,低温型封浆料可直接进行封边施工,不需加热养护。
The effects of ordinary Portland cement-sulfoaluminate cement-high alumina cement ternary system,retarder type and dosage,as well as ambient temperature on the properties of low temperature sealing slurry for prefabricated buildings were studied.The results show that under the condition of-5℃,when the ratio of ordinary Portland cement∶sulfoaluminate cement∶high alumina cement is 20%∶70%∶10%,the-1 d compressive strength of low temperature sealing slurry is the highest,which is 43.6MPa.With the same dosage of retarder,the setting time of tartaric acid is the longest.When the dosage of tartaric acid accounts for 0.3%of the total rubber material,the setting time is 45 min,and the-1 d compressive strength is 41.6 MPa.After the final formulation was determined,the tests were carried out at ambient temperatures of-15,-10,-5,0,5℃,using 0℃water.At the test temperature of-15℃,the-1 d compressive strength of the low-temperature sealing paste is 1.3 MPa,and the test block is frozen.At the test temperatures of-10,-5,0,5℃,the-1 d compressive strength is greater than 30 MPa,and the setting time is greater than 30 min.In the low negative temperature range of-10 to 5℃,the low temperature type sealing slurry can be used for edge sealing construction without heating and curing.
