摘要
目的 探讨银杏蜜环口服溶液在治疗眩晕症患者中的临床效果以及对脑血流的影响。方法 以阳光融和医院2019年7月—2021年3月期间收治的90例后循环缺血性眩晕症患者为研究对象,根据电脑抽签的方式随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予盐酸氟桂利嗪片,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用银杏蜜环口服溶液。用药14 d后比较两组患者临床疗效、国家眩晕障碍调查量表(DHI)评分和晕眩症状评分、后循环血流速度、血液流变学指标以及不良反应。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.56%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组DHI和晕眩症状评分低于对照组,基底动脉、左椎动脉和右椎动脉血流速度均高于对照组,血液流变学指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在用药期间均未产生明显不良反应。结论 银杏蜜环口服溶液联合西药治疗后循环缺血性眩晕能更快改善患者眩晕症状、提高脑后循环血流速度,改善血液流变学指标,促进患者更快康复,且安全性好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ginkgo Mihuan oral solution in the treatment of vertigo and its effect on cerebral blood flow.Methods A total of 90 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo who were admitted to Sunshine Union Hospital from July 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of computer drawing lots,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given flunarizine hydrochloride tablets on the basis of conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given Ginkgo Mihuan oral solution on the basis of the treatment of the patients in the control group.After 14 of treatment,the clinical efficacy,DHI score and dizziness symptom score,posterior circulation blood flow velocity,hemorheological indexes Dizziness Handicap Inventory and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.56% higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05).After treatment,the DHI and dizziness symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the blood flow velocities of basilar artery,left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery were higher than those in the control group,and hemorheological indxes were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period.Conclusion Ginkgo Mihuan oral solution combined with western medicine in the treatment of post-circulatory ischemic vertigo can improve the symptoms of vertigo,increase the blood flow rate of the posterior brain circulation,improve the blood rheology index,and promote the faster recovery of patients with good safety.
