摘要
针对传统的个体防护装备中防护靴套存在不透气、不透湿和穿戴舒适性较差的问题,提供了一种新型透气式防护袜套的制备方法。采用腈氯纶掺炭纤维纱线作为吸附材料,锦氨包覆丝作为弹性增强材料,经过织造、水洗和定型等工艺,制备了一种新型的透气式防护袜套。通过研究该防护袜套的水洗工艺,发现水洗温度为60℃时,尺寸和横拉值较为适宜;水洗时间为20 min时,袜套的收缩率趋于稳定。通过对该袜套进行透气性和防护性能测试,发现袜套的透气量大于300 mm/s,对化学战剂模拟剂的防护时间大于6 h,表明该袜套具有良好的透气和防护性能。
Due to the problems of air impermeability,moisture impermeability and poor wearing comfort of protective socks in traditional personal protective equipment,a novel preparation method of breathable protective socks was provided.The protective socks used acrylic polyvinyl chloride fiber mixed with carbon fiber as adsorptive materials and covered polyamide-spandex as elastic reinforcement materials,which was prepared by weaving,washing and shaping processes.By studying the washing process of the protective socks,the size and transverse pull value were more suitable when washing temperature was 60℃.When the washing time was 20 min,the shrinkage rate of hosiery tended to be stable.The air permeability of the socks was more than 300 mm/s and the protection time of the chemical agent simulant 2-chloroethyl ether was more than 6 hours by experiments.This result indicates that the socks have good air permeability and protective performance.
