摘要
目的研究孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德对慢性咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的应用效果。方法选择云梦县中医医院2019年10月—2020年10月收治的60例慢性咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在基础上联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,均治疗2个月时间,并对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的IgE的指标为(668.74±168.90)U/mL,优于对照组(1318.71±194.62)U/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=13.815,P<0.001);观察组患儿的喘憋症状改善时间为(8.02±0.71)d,短于对照组的(9.84±0.80)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.319,P<0.001);观察组的FEV1指标为(2.39±0.19)L,高于对照组(2.07±0.15)L,差异有统计学意义(t=7.240,P<0.001)。结论在慢性咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿治疗中联合应用孟鲁司特钠和布地奈德可降低炎症因子,促使临床症状加快恢复,改善患儿的肺功能指标。
Objective To study the effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide on children with chronic cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 60 children with chronic cough variant asthma admitted to Yunmeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with budesonide atomization inhalation,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of treatment,both were treated for 2 months,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the IgE index of the observation group was(668.74±168.90)U/mL,which was better than that of the control group(1318.71±194.62)U/mL,and the difference was statistically significant 13.815,P<0.001);the improvement time of asthma symptoms in the observation group was(8.02±0.71)d;which was shorter than that in the control group(9.84±0.80)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.319,P<0.001);the FEV1 index of the observation group was(2.39±0.19)L,which was higher than that of the control group(2.07±0.15)L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.240,P<0.001).Conclusion In the treatment of children with chronic cough variant asthma,the combined application of montelukast sodium and budesonide can reduce inflammatory factors,accelerate the recovery of clinical symptoms,and improve the pulmonary function indicators of children.
