摘要
为保证继电波在电网环境中的定值传输能力,提出基于三维数字动态模型的继电保护定值仿真校验方法。通过查询配电网信息数据来源的方式,选择校验所需的继电故障特征,按照数据传输与监控流程,完成基于三维数字动态模型的继电诊断。选定关键的定值整定安全评价指标,联合已知的约束条件风险建模标准,得到定值优化风险分析结果。实例分析结果表明,设计的方法可充分提高继电波的定值传输能力,为输电网络的应用安全性提供强有力的保障。
In order to ensure the transmission ability of relay wave in the power grid environment,a simulation verification method of relay protection fixed value based on 3D digital dynamic model is proposed. By inquiring the source of distribution network information and data, the relay fault characteristics required for verification are selected,and then relay diagnosis based on 3D digital dynamic model is completed according to the data transmission and monitoring flow. The key safety evaluation indicators of fixed value setting are selected,and the risk analysis results of fixed value optimization are obtained by combining the known constraint risk modeling standards. The analysis results show that the design method can fully extend the constant transmission capacity of relay waves,and provide a strong guarantee for the application security of transmission networks.
