摘要
采用传统方法生产的大型锻模寿命低、成本高,大型锻模长寿命、低成本制造与再制造成为当前大型构件模锻行业提升核心竞争力的关键。研究在大型锻模低成本基体表面上电弧增材梯度异质结构材料的方法,以获得长寿命低成本大型锻模,具有重要意义。介绍了常见的锻模降本延寿方法及其存在的问题,阐述了锻模制造及再制造电弧增材梯度异质结构设计理论,并从梯度异质结构、低成本基体材料及增材丝材、焊锻复合工艺、增材自动化装备四方面综述了长寿命低成本大型锻模电弧增材制造与再制造的研究进展。
Large-scale forging dies produced by traditional methods have low life and high cost.Long-life,low-cost manufacturing and remanufacturing of large-scale forging dies have become the key to enhancing the core competitiveness of the current large-scale component die forging industry.It has great significance to study the method of arc additive gradient heterostructure material on the low cost substrate surface of large forging die to obtain large forging die with long life and low cost.In this paper,common methods of reducing cost and prolonging life of forging dies and their existing problems have been introduced,the design theory of arc additive gradient heterostructure for forging die manufacturing and remanufacturing has been expounded,and the research progress of arc additive manufacturing and remanufacturing of long-life and low-cost large forging dies has been reviewed from four aspects of gradient heterostructure,low-cost substrate materials and additive wires,welding-forging composite process and additive automation equipment.
