流动注射-催化动力光度法测定环境水样中阳离子表面活性剂

摘要 在强酸介质中,表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化吡啶(Cetylpyridinium Bromide,CPB)能显著催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂(Ⅲ)褪色。基于此,建立了催化动力光度法测定水样中阳离子表面活性剂的方法。该方法线性范围0.1~20mg/L(相关系数r≥0.9993,n=11),检出限0.08mg/L,回收率95.7%~103.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)1.21%。该法具有仪器价廉、灵敏度较好、准确度较高,抗干扰性较强、容易实现在线自动检测等特点,用于环境水样和皮革废水中阳离子表面活性剂的检测,结果令人满意。 In strong acid medium,the surfactant cetyltrimethylpyridinium bromide(CPB)can significantly catalyze the oxidation of arsenazo(Ⅲ)by potassium periodate.Based on this,a catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of cationic surfactants in water samples was established.The linear range of the method is 0.1~20 mg/L(correlation coefficient R≥0.9993,n=11),the detection limit is 0.08 mg/L,the recovery is 95.7%~103.1%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.21%.This method has the advantages of low cost,good sensitivity,high accuracy,strong anti-interference and easy to realize online automatic detection.It has been applied to the detection of cationic surfactants in environmental water samples and leather wastewater with satisfactory results.
