摘要
为梳理爱马仕丝巾就设计师管理的各维度策略及其与品牌创新本身之关系。文章尝试剖析作为行业旗帜的爱马仕丝巾这一典型个案,通过文献梳理、品牌跟踪调研及具体案例分析,总结出品牌在设计师遴选管理、灵感素材管理、创作管理及协作管理四层面的运作方式及具体细节,为国内丝绸品牌完备设计管理提供创新思路,亦期为品牌设计师管理细化研究提供参考。
In order to sort out Hermes scarves,discussesing the various dimensions of designer management strategy and the relationship between designers’ management and brand innovation. This paper attempts to analyze the typical case of Hermes scarves,which is the banner of the industry. Through literature review,brand tracking research and specific case analysis,it summarizes the operation mode and specific details of the brand in the four aspects of designer selection management,inspiration material management,creation management and collaboration management,so as to provide innovative ideas for the complete design management of domestic silk brands,It is also expected to provide a reference for the detailed research of brand designer management.
