摘要 为提高高温高压气井井壁虚泥饼清洗效率、优化固井施工参数,研发了一套集井壁泥饼形成、清洗效率评价于一体的冲洗液清洗效率评价装置。在南海西部油田乐东10区块井下温度与压差条件下,研究了冲洗液环空流速以及冲洗时间对虚泥饼清洗效率的影响规律,优化了固井施工参数。结果表明:该实验方法可很好地模拟井底实际温度与压差条件,实验可重复性强;在冲洗时间与冲洗速度一定的条件下,随着实验温度的升高,清洗效率增大;对于10 min的现场要求冲洗时间,环空流速大于1.04 m·s^(-1)时,清洗效率可达到90%以上;对于该区块常用的0.75 m·s^(-1)的冲洗速度,冲洗时间达到25 min以上时,清洗效率可达到90%。研究结果为提高乐东10-1区块固井质量提供了固井工艺参数的支撑。 In order to study the cleaning efficiency of wellbore virtual mud cake under high temperature and optimize cementing operation parameters, a set of high temperature wellbore virtual mud cake cleaning efficiency evaluation device was developed, which can integrate the formation of wellbore virtual mud cake and the evaluation of cleaning efficiency;Based on the downhole temperature and pressure difference conditions of LD 10-1 block in the western South China Sea oilfield, and according to the cementing process parameters of the block, the influence of annular velocity of flushing fluid and flushing time on the cleaning efficiency of virtual mud cake was studied. The results showed that: the experimental method could simulate the actual bottom hole temperature and pressure difference conditions of well, and the experimental repeatability was strong;When the washing time and speed were fixed, the washing efficiency increased with the increase of temperature;When the annular velocity was greater than 1.04 m·s^(-1),the cleaning efficiency could reach more than 90% for 10 min washing time;For the 0.75 m·s^(-1)flushing speed commonly used in this block, the cleaning efficiency could reach 90% only when the flushing time was more than 25min. The research results provide support for improving cementing quality of LD 10-1 block.
