摘要
民航运输业的迅速发展为航空油料市场需求增长提供了强力支撑。航空油料从生产到使用需要经过复杂储运流程,极易出现质量问题。介绍了航空油料系统的典型储存、运输过程,分析了影响油品质量的主要污染因素,包括水、固体杂质、微生物、氧化作用和静电反应导致的油品污染,并论述了对油料系统的主要危害,最后有针对性地提出了油品质量安全控制措施,对航空油料系统的安全维护具有一定的参考价值。
The rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry provides a powerful support for the market demand growth of aviation fuel. The complex storage and transportation procedure is required from fuel production to use, and thus the quality problems are easily produced. In this paper, the typical storage and transportation process was introduced, and the major contamination factors affecting the quality of aviation fuel were analyzed, including the water, solid impurities, microbial contamination and the fuel contamination caused by oxidation and electrostatic reaction. Then, the major hazards of these factors to the fuel system were illustrated. Finally, the quality and safety assurance measures for aviation fuel were specifically proposed, providing the reference for the safety maintenance of aviation fuel systems.
