摘要
目的:探讨酒轻饮对模型生物解酒护肝和胃肠保护作用。方法:采用小鼠肝损伤模型、斑马鱼胃肠黏膜损伤、解酒及肝损伤模型,检测肝指数、胃肠黏膜面积、兴奋期总运动距离及生化指标谷丙转氨酶(Alaninetransaminase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(Aspartate aminotransferase,AST)含量。结果:兴奋期斑马鱼总运动距离明显降低(P<0.001);体内ALT活力检测结果7.81 μL/mL及15.6 μL/mL剂量组明显下降(P<0.01);昏睡期中高剂量组小鼠翻正反射恢复时间存在显著性缩短(P<0.05);中剂量组小鼠肝指数明显下降(P<0.05);斑马鱼肠腔面积变化明显(P<0.001)。结论:由斑马鱼实验可知,酒轻饮可以起到保护胃肠黏膜、解酒护肝的功效。
Objective:To explore Jiu Qing Yin on dispel the effects of alcohol,the protective effects of the liver,intestines and stomach of model organisms.Method:Using mouse liver injury model,zebrafish gastrointestinal mucosal injury model,detoxification and liver injury model,the liver index,gastrointestinal mucosal area,total exercise distance during the excitation period and biochemical indicators ALT,AST were measured.Result:During the excitement period,the total movement distance of zebra fish decreased significantly (P<0.001);decreased in7.81 μL/mL and 15.6 μL/mL dose groups,ALT activity in vivo was significantly(P<0.01);during the sleeping period,the recovery time of righting reflex was significantly shortened in the middle and high dose group (P<0.05);the liver index decreased significantly in the middle dose group (P<0.05);the intestinal cavity area of zebra fish changed significantly (P<0.001).Conclusion:According to zebra fish experiment,Jiu Qing Yin can protect gastrointestinal mucous coat,dispel the effects of alcohol and protect liver.
